Medicare guidance that doesn’t end at enrollment.

Guidance you can trust. Advocacy you can count on.

Welcome to Strategic Measures

With more than 30 years of experience in sales leadership and client advocacy, Strategic Measures helps individuals and families navigate Medicare with confidence and clarity. Serving clients across California, Texas, Arizona, Iowa, and Nevada, we specialize in guiding seniors and those who may qualify for Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP). Our approach is simple: clear explanations, honest recommendations, and ongoing support long after enrollment. We believe Medicare success isn’t measured by plans sold, but by how well clients are cared for over time—and we’re committed to being a trusted advocate at every step.

Dental, Vision & Hearing

Dental and vision plans are additional ancillary products beneficiaries can purchase (as standalone or part of Medicare Advantage) since they are not included in Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) coverage.

D-SNP

Dual Special Needs Plans

Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) are Medicare Advantage plans designed for individuals who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid, with benefits that help coordinate coverage between the two programs and may help reduce out-of-pocket costs. Because eligibility rules, benefits, and provider networks can be complex and vary by state, choosing the right plan is not always straightforward. Working with an insurance agent who specializes in D-SNPs can be helpful in understanding available options and selecting coverage that fits your health and financial situation.

C-SNP

Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans

Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans (C-SNPs) are a type of Medicare Advantage plan designed for individuals living with certain qualifying chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, or chronic lung disorders. These plans combine hospital, medical, and (sometimes) prescription drug coverage while providing coordinated care tailored to your specific condition. We are here to help you assess whether a C-SNP is the right choice for you and your personal situation.
